Service Description

Gathering at the cabin in the woods as our base, you will be training under the trees or canopy if we get rain. Everybody can do this class, because you use the weights or body weight you can manage and then we will work on progressing this strength as weeks go by. We will programme, barbells, dumbbells, slam balls etc . Techniques for olympic lifting will make you feel that you've also taken away new skills too. We look forward to seeing you!
